I´m having printing problems with IE6, so I decided to re-install it from
scratch hoping to the problem solved.

When I try to re-install IE, I get this message (my system is in Brazilian
Portuguese so I´ll try to translate):

The install process can´t download missing files using a not mapped UNC path
with drive letters...

Dows anybody how I can resolve this matter?
Thanks!

Always state the Windows version of the machine in question in your first
post to an MS newsgroup, please.

Try an overinstall instead:

First, close *everything* via CTRL+ALT+DEL except Windows Explorer (includes
your AV program, Scheduled Tasks, Screensaver, and going offline). Start >
Run > (type in) IE6Setup.exe > [OK]. Select Minimal - Custom; Select all
the parts you use (e.g., Outlook Express) but none that you didn't
originally download, and overinstall. Should take about 2 minutes. Reboot
the computer.

Now, with AV and all other running processes still closed, check in at
Windows Update for additional updates and patches you may need.

===============

Or you could just tell us what the printing problems with IE6 are.

Given the history of this thread, I would suspect that a printer-related
Add-on (Tools > Manage add-ons) is causing the problem (e.g., your installed
printer software might not be Win9x-compatible).

Try beginning a new thread about the issue in this newsgroup:
microsoft.public.win98.printing

Tip: That's not a very busy newsgroup anymore. I'd recommend crossposting
to microsoft.public.win98.gen_discussion newsgroup, too.
