Can't find continuation of thread on printing problems

DLLs in list re-registered except for "scrrun.dll"
Error Code: 0X80004005 when trying to re-register "scrrun.dll" - what to do
when re-registration is not successful -- version is 5.6.0.6626 with a size
of 149 KB
What has me puzzled is that this is a problem with regular user accounts and
only one power user account; can't figure out how to troubleshoot this
pattern?
Also have same problem with printing and previewing the "help file pages"
