SYMPTOMS
After you resize the Print Preview window, and then close Print Preview,
your changes are not retained. The next time that you click Print Preview,
the window is displayed in its default size.

CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Print Preview window opens to the same size
as the Internet Explorer window.

This behavior is by design.

Windows version? IE version?

If the behavior is by design and you're dissatisfied with the default size
when printing, you'll have to adjust Print Preview settings every time you
print.
