Opening in a new window

Does anyone know how i can get Internet Explorer open a
new window whenever I click on a link? For instance, when
Im on Google, I would like to have that page stay up all
the time and a new window open whenever I click on one of
their links. Thanks.

right click then select: 'open link in new window'.
or
press and hold the 'shift' key when clicking on a link.
