I've got a Win2k box running IE 6 that has started giving me problems.
Alot of times when I click on links on a page like Yahoo or MSN, it
will show the title/path to the link along the botttom of the screen &
eventually say 'done', but will still be on the original page.
Same with google - it will show the info at the bottom & just hang
there.
XP box running IE 7 works just fine, though.
I have tried re-installing IE 6, running SFC, reset IE to default
settings, re-installing/updating Java & nothing has changed.
Any suggestions?

See if uninstalling any/all third-party toolbars (e.g., Google; Yahoo;
Windows Live) and rebooting makes any difference, Mike.

Thanks!

Google toolbar - I've never had problems with it in the past, though.
