My Boss's machine has a language pack installed for Arabic. On some
sites, the translation is fine, but on others, the message becomes
garbled.

For a while I thought it was a website-specific issue, but he showed
me how two different parts of Yahoo Mail yield two different results.

Any thoughts?

Windows version? IE version?

A language pack (IME) add-on does not translate anything, it merely enables
the display of other languages' alphabets; Arabic, in this case.
