Javacam Applet Won't Autoupdate

I placed the javacam applet on my web site to update my webcam. The
application I use to upload the image to my web site works fine and each
time I access the webcam page the image has changed however if I remain on
the page through the refresh time it does not refresh. I do not know html
code all that well so I don't know if it is something in the code or if I
don't have something not set right in IE6. I am also running Panda antivirus
software with a firewall. I've gone through the allow what programs through
the firewall and think I have changed it correctly. I've tried everything I
know so I need other ideas so if anyone can help me I will appreciate it.

You might have to tweak the settings if Javacam, as described in
http://nwp.ampr2.net/jnos/JavaCam
