windows explorer 7 tabs

well i have a problem with the tabs in this computer. This is the only user
that does not work with the tabs. I have 2 other users, and the tabs in them
work for the internet. I have been trying to fix them or get them to appear
in my user that they dont appear. Why or what you think is the cause of this
problem?

If you've got tabs in Windows Explorer, somethings very wrong!
