unable to print to OneNote2007 in protected mode

I've noticed with my two Vista Home Premium SP1 machines that I cannot print
to the "Send to OneNote 2007" printer from IE7 when Protected Mode is On. I
see a lot of discussions about protected mode and printing. I can still
print to a network printer, but not to OneNote 2007. Has anyone else
experienced this?

I was able to narrow this issue down (I think) to a conflict with AVG Free
Anti-Virus version 8. With this program running, I cannot print correctly.
With it uninstalled the printing issue works fine.

I hope this information helps someone else.
