After years of connecting to various army.mil sites, now I can't connect. I
get a "site not responding" message.
I have an AKO account and password, but can not get to the AKO site
(www.army.mil). Also can't link to www.hrc.army.mil.
Can anyone help.

Thanks................

IE didn't connect to your first link, however Firefox did connect to it.
Both IE and FF connected to http://www.army.mil/a-z/ - you could use that.
Try https://www.hrc.army.mil/site/index-flash.aspx for the HR army link.

Thanks, Mike

I tried both the links and could not hook up.
Same message each time "could not display web page".

You could try the front door - first link at this google search:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=AKO

IE doesn't like the security certificate - it blocks navigation - but it
has no problem *finding* https://www.us.army.mil/

Possibly the Army doesn't like you, but this is unlikely. You could try using
http://www.ccleaner.com/ to cause IE to disremember that it can't get to
those websites. I use firefox as a backup browser - when IE balks there
is an alternative. I am assuming that your computer has no malware.

I have neither an AKO account nor a password.
