When I'm in IE7 and click on a link, a new page opens but it is sized to only
1/2 a page. I would like it to open to a full page. I've tried resizing it
and closing it while holding control, and shift and both, but nothing works.
Any ideas?

See

The resized (not maximized) window MUST be the last window closed for its
size to be remembered.

Do you close all other IE windows before closing the resized one?

I hope I will be permitted to mention a DIFFERENT PROBLEM with IE7.

When I click on a Favorite, I frequently find myself midway down the
document, rather than at its top. This anomaly was not always present
but seems to have manifested itself within the last month. Any advice
will be appreciated.
