Yes, you can Delete selectively the MRU (Most Recently Used) List for the
Run Command.
Open the run command and type in:
regedit click [OK] then locate this Key (you may expand the Hives to to
get to the sub-key and will look like this:
[-] HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\
Explorer\ RunMRU = Look in the Right pane/window and you will see all the
commands been typed in the Run and you can select whichever command(s) to
delete, then close the Registry Editor and Hit F5 or open the run and see if
the commands gone which been removed.
Note: there is a difference between the IE History and the MRU History.
