When IE7 freezes on a site (mostly Facebook) is it possible to only close
that tab instead IE7 completely?? So sick of Facbook freezing and then going
to task manager and having to lose al my other unfrozen tabs that are open.

Often caused by installing an incompatible add-on.

Start your troubleshooting with this:

"Internet Explorer stops responding, stops working, or restarts"

is there an addon to dump the list of addons to a file just like Firefox?

No, and Firefox doesn't work that way.

Use the Manage Add-ons tool to determine which add-on is causing the
problem:

1- Tools > point to Manage Add-ons > click Enable or Disable Add-ons.

2- In the Show box, select 'Add-ons that have been used by Internet
Explorer' to display all add-ons that are installed on the computer. For
each item in this list, select the add-on, and then click Disable under
Settings. When you have disabled all the items in this list, click OK.

3- Exit and then restart Internet Explorer 7. Go to Tools > point to
Manage Add-ons > click Enable or Disable Add-ons. Now enable a single
add-on, then exit and restart Internet Explorer 7 to see if it works
properly. Repeat until you determine which add-on causes the problem to
occur.

That's not a feature of Firefox - it's a third-party add-on. There are
third-party add-ons for Internet Explorer too.

Apparently that is a new feature available in IE8.

I am looking for a 3rd party addon that can list all the present addons in
IE (for trouble shooting purposes) instead of the built in found in IE7
