I have a Vista Home Preminum on my Toshiba laptop and aside from the built in
software from Toshiba, I've been trying to get rid of IE7 ever since I got
the laptop. Each time i try to delete it, it says that I don't have
permission to do this ALTHOUGH i am the adminstrator on the laptop. It seems
that each time i try to delete something that i know i don't need like:

Windows Journal
Windows Collaboration
Windows Defender
Windows Mail

It doesn't let me delete them!! Is there any way to get rid of IE7 from this
computer and perhaps the things listed above [seleted windows programs]?

I don't think you are able to uninstall IE7 unless you had IE6 before
and then installed IE7. If the machine came with IE7, then you can't get
rid of it AFAIK (and I don't know much).
