Since I have upgraded to Vista, I have been having a problem with saving
favorites. When I go to save a page in favorites by clicking the 'plus-star'
button and then 'add to favorites', then using the dropdown list of folders,
I find there is nothing on the dropdown list.
I have to create a new folder (one of my existing folders in favorites) and
am then able to add the web page to the desired favorites folder.
This would be ok but whenever I close explorer and then return to use the
dropdown list again, there is nothing on it.
I have to add the page to the general favourites list and then drag it to
the required folder.
Bummer!

Perhaps you *have* the feature which so many others claim they want
--contracted nested folders in the Add to Favorites dialog? <eg>

Actually it should be even easier than that: just drag the icon from the
Address bar to the folder you want to add it to. If it is a contracted nested
folder you may have to pause on the contracted one while it expands.
You don't need to use the Add to Favorites dialog at all.
