Recently have been unable to connect to internet when opening IE7 until I
enter a web address or click on a favorite site; then everything works OK. I
also get a alert message box that says "unable to find file:
///c:/program%20files/aol%20toolbar/welcome.html and wonder if this
could be problem. Have contacted AOL & Cox.net wideband provider support and
they have no answer. Have reinstalled IE7 software and did AOL Quick Restore
to no avail. AOL says I'm missing a Microsoft Explore file.

Any ideas?
