I don't use that feature myself but other reports have shown that
there are sometimes coding errors with those links. There should
be enough clues though either in the E-mail itself or in the URL
you are getting redirected to for you to use your notification as
an indicator to go and find that thread again and look for new content?
If you need more help post both the URL in your E-mail
(e.g. what you are clicking on) and the URL in your Address bar.
To capture those you may be able to use right-click, Copy Shortcut
and Alt-d, Ctrl-c
Things to watch out for are whether what you capture from
your E-mail is what the E-mail shows. E.g. perhaps the
anchor text wraps a line and that chopped its link?
Also watch what all happens when you click on the link.
E.g. things will be happening in your Status bar, Title bar
Tabs bar, and Address bar as well as the display area
that you are noticing and only commenting on.
