I installed a second NIC into my compuer the other day, and ever since, I've
been having troubles with my connection. In IE 7 as well as firefox, I'm
getting certificate errors and "Server Certificate not yet valid" errors
whenever I try to go to sites like Gmail.com, Facebook.com, even Hotmail.com.
I've also noticed that I can't connect to MSN / WLM, and I can't post to
newsgroups using Outlook Express. I figured the problem was with the second
NIC, so I removed it, but that fixed nothing. I tried a system restore to two
weeks ago, and still nothing. Can anyone help?

\Also, I tried running without any firewalls whatsoever, and still nothing.
This only seems to be affecting my computer, so it's definately to do with my
machine.

And if you remove the second NIC...

Windows XP Home, but a fellow Butterfly already helped me solve it.

Turns out my BIOS date was set wrong, and changing it to today's date fixed
everything :-)
