My IE 7.0 isn't working like it should (see my previous post about not being
able to open files "Save Only"), I verified this by having my niece try to
open files and it works fine for her, so we compared all of our settings and
my settings match hers, so why can she open files and I can't? Opera and
Firefox opens files just fine, so the only thing I can think of is that
there is something wrong with my IE, can I install 7.0 over the top of my
existing installation? I'm using 7.0 that was installed when I upgraded to
Vista.

Always reply to your original thread (where you tell us that you're running
Vista).

No, you cannot "replace" IE7 in Vista. You can, however, learn about the
Vista features User Account Control (UAC) and Protected Mode.
