Not Refreshing

Now when I click on one of my favorites I am always getting the old page,
and have to fresh on every Book mark?....Thanks for any Help...Bob

Internet Explorer 2 was released in 1995. If you want specific
directions on how to obtain the current version of a web page you need
to provide your correct version of Internet Explorer.

Otherwise, in general terms, you go to Tools > Internet Options and
choose how often Internet Explorer should fetch the most recent version
of a web page.

Can you check my posting time, here it is Sunday morning 30th 9.33 am. Where
do I find the Fetch option in Tools
and do I have to have the latest version of IE as I like the lay out of this
one compared to the latest version.....Thanks Bob
