Ever since the updates MS did this month any time I use IE browser in Vista
I get this pop up that says; This program will open outside of Protected
Mode. IE's Protected Mode helps
protect your computer. If you do not trust this website, do not open this
program
name: Microsoft(C) register Server
Publisher: Microsoft Windows
Details: c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe

Is this something with Vista or am I under attack because I don't remember
it before. I know the last update MS did made the computer reboot three
times for each installed update, did yours?
