Hi there.

I have IE7 and use XP.

Although 90% of websites I view are fine, it seems certain sites (in
particular, online shops) do not load correctly.

For instance, I can't view photos on webpages such as these:

http://www.littlewoodsdirect.com/rf/lxd/navigation/spreadDsbs.do?categoryId=7360043

http://www.johnlewis.com/Fashion/+Menswear/Jackets+and+Coats/Jackets+and+Coats/1216/ProductType.aspx

http://www.additionsdirect.co.uk/rf/add/navigation/spreadDsbs.do?categoryId=7360043

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Steve

Hi thanks for your help.

Have downloaded the add-on, but unfortunately it still hasn't resolved the
issue.

Does anyone have any more ideas?

Is that really a good example of your symptom?
That particular one completely caches all content;
so you should be able to set Work Offline (e.g. press Alt-F,W)
load About:Blank on top (e.g. press Alt-Home if it's your Home page)
and then go back to that page, re-rendering it completely from the TIF.

Sometimes, especially in IE6, images could be cached but not rendered
so doing the above rendering from the TIF when possible
could complete an incomplete rendering without having
to resort a Refresh, which otherwise could result in a completely
different pattern of missing images, depending on the timing
of the Refresh procedure and cacheability of the images being
rendered.

BTW the likelihood of this symptom occurring depends
on the performance of the Internet connection,
so if you need help you probably need to disclose
some details about that.
