Internet Explorer is completely missing from my PC.

The Internet Explorer folder at C:\Program Files\ is completely missing, all
the icons are missing, and any reference to IE has just vanished.

Is there a way to reinstall IE for Windows Vista? I've done a few searches
but haven't been able to find a 'Yes' to my answer; and a way to do it.

Thanks
