Internet Explorer in Vista

My Internet Explorer shuts down and then restarts.

How can I correct this and stop it from happening?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?

IE version?
Windows version?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced and uncheck "Enable third-party
browsing enhancements".

After upgrading memory and ensuring hard drive disk space IE7 worked perfect.
Your computer may have been purchased prior to large file download and
upload. IE7 kept closing, the problem resolved after adding enough memory.

I have not worked with Windows Vista; however, I gather Windows Vista is the
same as Windows XP SP3 with some added features. People I deal with prefer
no technology at all.
