Greetings! I was using IE7 to connect to Verizon (www.verizon.com)
today to pay my bill. The browser seemed to hang up and not let me
sign in and get to my payment screen. I experimented by trying to
accomplish the same thing using Firefox 2 and had no problem. I was
able to sign in and proceed from one screen to another until the bill
was paid -- all with no hanging up. I would appreciate advice and/or
information as to why this might be. Is it normal behavior for IE7? Do
I perhaps have something configured incorrectly in IE7? Or is there
some other explanation? Thanks!!
