Scanned your PC using *WHAT* software? One anti-malware program is not
sufficient to find all pests, especially since anti-spyware products
have low coverage regarding the population of all pests. Anti-virus
programs are lousy to find non-viral malware. You need to employ a
suite of anti-malware products to test your host is probably clean
(there is no assurance that is it clean just because all anti-malware
programs find nothing to detect). Some useful ones are:

Lavasoft Ad-Aware
Spybot Search and Destroy
SuperAntispyware
AVG AntiSpyware
HijackThis (doesn't detect or fix but lets you investigate)

While you can install these, don't have them all running concurrently
(i.e., install but don't enable their on-access scanners). Just use
them as on-demand scanners. You might also want to use IE's own listing
of browsers helper objects (BHOs) to see what you installed that
integrates itself with IE and can alter its behavior (Internet
Options -> Programs -> Manage add-ons).

If you got infected then your behavior will get you infected again.
You'll need to up the security of your host. First is to set the
Internet security zone to its default level and then customize it to
further increase security, although some folks will suggest using a
different browser altogether (mostly because those other browsers aren't
attacked as often due to their smaller population of users).

<snip - list of forums to help with log analysis>

There is also the http://hjt.networktechs.com/ site that tries to
automate the analysis based on a knowledgebase of known programs (good
and bad). You can start there to see what it reports before bothering
humans to do the analysis for you if you can't do it yourself.

I would not recommend using such HJT analysers or trying to "fix" anything
using HJT except under the guidance of an expert in such matters.

There are several other similar automated sites, nothing beats the human touch
to such an animal.
