Hello,
If you changed your server to a static IP address of 192.168.0.2, your DHCP
server might not be aware of this change yet. DHCP servers lease out IP
addresses for a period of time. Because of this, your DHCP server might
still be reserving that IP address for your server. You can take two
actions 1) delete the record/lease from your DHCP server or 2) wait a couple
of days, it will time out and tombstone itself, freeing up the IP address
for another machine to use.
