I am very new with Vista and Outlook. I accidentally put a friends email
address in blocked senders list. I don't know how to remove it. I want to do
this quickly before she notices it was there.

All I did was roll my mouse over some of the options (to learn about them)
when I rolled over that one, a window popped up that her name is now in
blocked senders list!

You should post your Outlook version when you post a question.
In some versions you would go to Actions > Junk E-Mail > Junk E-mail
options... to access your Blocked Senders List
What makes you imagine the sender would know her name was on your Blocked
Sender's List?
