large distribution list

How do i create a distribution list with 500 names. There seems to be
problems when i get to about 100. I have to create 7 with 70 names in order
to successfully mail to my organization.

Call your ISP (internet service providor) and discuss why they are
preventing you from emailing more than 70 at a time and how you can work
within their constraints.
