Hi I am trying to insert a date along with a short note. I can go to the
insert tab and then insert a date. I then need to save and close the contact
and go to the next contact on my list. I there a way to insert a date using a
keyboard shortcut? I hope I was clear in what I am trying to do.
Thanks for any and all help.

outlook 2007? press Alt to see the Alt+letters. For Date, it's Alt+N, D to
bring up the dialog.
or use a custom form: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/date_stamp.htm

(I use ActiveWords instead - it's a windows application that works in all
applications, not just outlook.)
