I've e-mailed a distribution group to business collegues and want to know how
they can import it into Outlook '03 or '07.

Russ,

I opened the Distribution List in Outlook 2007, clicked on Send>In Outlook
Format. The list was attached to an e-mail then sent to the recipients.
What keystrokes do they follow to add the List to their version of Outlook?
Any other info you need from me?

Bob

That will only work if your message format is RTF. I already provided the
steps:
Double click to open.
Save to place it in the default Contacts Folder.

If you correctly attached a Distribution List, they should double click it
to open it, and then use Save and Close to save it to their Contacts
Folder..
