| I'm trying to use 'email-merge' from Publisher but can't see the Exchange
| Public Folder Contacts. So I tried to create a file from Outlook to a CSV.
| But this appears to work also only with the Contacts and not with the
Public
| Folder Contacts.
| Can anyone help me with this one?

Two other alternatives are that will export from any contact folder found in
the Outlook folder list:

#1) http://www.codetwo.com/pages/freeware/outlook_export.php (free)

#2) http://www.contactgenie.com/cgxfeatures.htm (not free)

simple solution: First make a copy of the public folder contacts on to
your personal folders then you will be able to export that into a .CSV
file.
