will someone please for the sake of god tell me how to do this.

you know when you go to compose a new email in outlook, when you can
type the 1st letter of any person you have emailed and it will show
their entire email even if you dont have them saved in ur universal
contact list?

is there any possible way to extract that into a file and then be able
to load it back into the same user but a diffrent computer?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes. You can either copy the *.NK2 file for the profile or export it using a
utility.
