Yes. DL's never survive an in place upgrade. Neither do a lot of other
settings and Outlook data.
Any time you attempt an in place upgrade, you must immediately create a New
Outlook profile and connect your previous data file to it correctly by
opening it in the new profile and setting it as your default PST file.
In place upgrades of Outlook are never a good idea.
