I have reinstall Windows on my machine and I am looking for an easy way to
back up my contacts. Last time i followed Outlooks directions it didn't work.
Someone suggested saving them to a Excel file. Does that work, and how do you
do it?

I have trial software called "outback plus" does it work and will it save my
contact information?

Thanks in advance!

Just make a copy of your pst file. that's all you have to do. (With Outlook
closed of course...)
