My contacts are organized into folders to help me manage my contact list.
While I was able to direct Blackberry to download all of my contacts by
directing it to all of the folders individually, the contact list on my
Blackberry has the folder names but the contacts are all in one full listing.

Is there someway to download the contacts to Blackberry and maintain their
folder divisions.

Thanks

Not an Outlook question. Sync questions never are.
Ask whoever supports your sync software.

Thank you Russ, but in the many years that I have been using Outlook this
problem also occurs when you import into Outlook even from its own pst files
thus my reason for asking the question in Microsoft.

Nevertheless, synching is always the sync app's issue, never Outlook's.
Outlook doesn't do what you described (concerning folders), but importing
and exporting are always fraught with issues.

You are certainly free to ask questions about Outlook's import and export
problems, but you didn't, and synching has nothing to do with these issues.
