I have several group lists that I developed in Outlook. when I try to add a name and email address to any of the group lists (from my outlook address book), I keep getting a message"Distribution list contains contacts that have not been sent to server.     - Share contacts with Windows Live & Outlook Is it possible to share contacts between Windows Live and Outlook? I do not want to integrate my Hotmail account within Outlook using the Office Connector, as suggested by Microsoft. All I want is to run Windows Live for my Hotmail personal email account only and Outlook for my business email account only, using just one Address Book. If I update an address in Outlook, I would like Windows Live to be able to immediately use that address, and vice versa. I currently use Outlook Express for my current Hotmail account. Up to now, I have been able to use the same address book using the registry fix where Outlook Express uses the Outlook Address Book.     - Activities Search List for Contact Folders in Exchange I have created a contact folder in Exchange and I am trying to setup the Activities search list for that folder. However, it will only allow me to select 1 folder, not multiple folders (like on a .pst) and it won't allow me to select the "search subfolders" option. When I click on other folders to search, it gives me a message stating that the Contacts folder only allows activities search in 1 folder. Basically, I want to be able to do an Activities search like in a .pst where I can select any number of folder for the Activities search to process. However, I am using an Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007. Is this a known bug or do I have to create the Contacts folder on the Exchange differently? Thanx for any hints/replies.     - how can i avoid syncing OAB, as i wan to syn only MAB HI, I have sync my nokia 9300i with my outlook 2007. In my outlook it has created two address books, namely OAB & MAB (mobile address book). So whenever i sync my phone it updates the contacts in MAB only.     - dumping deleted items in Outlook I have a contact that I deleted in Outlook that is stuck in the deleted file. It won't delete. It says it cannot be displayed in the reading pane. When I try to delete it, I get a message that says errors have been detected and to use the inbox repair tool but it won't download anything. However, if you double-click to open the contact, there is no information showing in the Address text field on the form, whether you choose Home, Business, or Other.     - Changing Destination of "backup.pst" Changes File Size ! I have XP Pro SP2 installed on my laptop with MS Outlook2003. I only use Outlook as a Contacts list and , until today , this data was saved as the file "backup.pst" in the path ;- C:\D&S\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft \Outlook and was 3241KB in size. As I now wish to keep all data out of the C;\ drive I have now saved this file to the E;\ drive and the file now has the path :- E:\Outlook\backup.pst.     - Outlook link between contacts and mail A couple of weeks ago my computer failed - possibly due to virus or other error. Through use of a boot disk, I was able to save my .pst files to another drive. I have formated a new drive, reinstalled Windows, Office, etc. I copied my .pst file to the new drive. Outlook now shows two Personal Folders files, with two Contacts files, as well as a Business Contacts file which I filled by importing from my Contacts folder. My contacts files are all complete and contain all of the previous contact information from the drive that failed, but I cannot access any of them from the Mail function. If I select New from the mail window and then attempt to fill an address by selecting To: or cc: I get a blank dialog box and cannot type anything into it. I can, however, start from the Contacts window and initiate an email but if I want to use multiple recipients or CC, etc. I have to then copy and paste all of the addresses into the email form. I had a problem with my profile and recreated it, but I now find that when I go through the process to select recipients, Contacts is now at the bottom of the list.     - New Journal Entry for Contact I've recently upgraded from Office XP (2002) to Office 2007. When I'm working with a Contact page, I no longer see the command "New Journal Entry for Contact". This is really used by me a lot to record everything about that interaction. I can not insert my signature in my message. I click signature and choose
the signature and it only attaches the VCF card as an attachment and does not
appear in the message, does anyone know how to correct this?

Outlook version? How is your signature created? Did you select the =
