I work with my main computer and with my laptop too. How do I share my
contact (and also my tasks and calendar) without having to update each
individually? I could use a memory stick if I knew how to export and import.
I have tried to do this, but cannot open the files, so perhaps I am not doing
it correctly. a step-by-step suggestion would be a great help!

Importing / Exporting can become difficult in the long run, because
you have to watch that you don't overwrite any changes made.

You can synchronize your contacts with this software:

It can even do that without a network with a USB stick (the software
calls that "bridge file".
