I am running Exchange Server 2003 and sometimes connecting to email using
Outlook Web Access. I would like to set up a shared contact list with a few
distribution lists in the Public Folder store. When I am connected remotely
using Outlook Web Access I can see the contacts in the Public Folder, but how
can I send a new message and choose one of the distribution lists that is in
there? All I get when I start a new message and click the "To" box is a
choice of searching in the Global Address Book or Contacts. The only contacts
I can find are people in my personal contacts list. Is it possible to choose
a distribution list when using Outlook Web Access?

you can't use a public folder contact folder as an address list in OWA.
