You are confusing two completely different functions. In your previous
version you were using autocompletion, which did not use your Contacts at
all. It used a cache names of previous recipients.
Now that you have a new installation, you have no cache populated yet, so
Outlook can autocomplete for you and will resort to using autoresolution,
which does use your Contacts. It will stop doing so after you populate a new
cache, or if you backed up your data, you could migrate your previous cache.
