Hi,

=46rom what I have read, I don't know of a way to link all Categories
back to a master category list.

I did read from the link "...If you need to include the category, drag
the item to the hard drive, zip it and email the zip file. The
recipient will drag the item..." but I don't understand what I'm
suppose to do.

If I did that, do new categories need to updated the same way for
everyone to get the updates?

Thanks, Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Outlook has no built-in feature to share your categories, and that described
method works nice if you want to deploy your categories once without paying
for a third-party solution.

If you are going to be updating the lists frequently, a paid solution with
be well worth it in the end.
