Import Contacts from Windows Mail

Having experimented with various email programs, I now have Outlook 2003
installed and my contacts are stuck in Windows Mail. I have tried exporting
from Windows Mail and Importing to Outlook, but I find it quite impossible to
do it. I would be most grateful if someone could explain to me how it is
done. If you do respond please tell me step by step, as if explaining it to a
child.

I am running Vista Home Premium, SP1

Outlook 2003 preceded Windows Mail by several years. It is not logical to
think that Outlook 2003 could import from a program that was not in
existence when it was developed. Do tell us what happens when you follow the
import path from Outlook Express.

Export from WMC to a csv file, and thin import that csv file in Outlook....
