Contacts/Address Book

I have many contacts that don't have email addresses, so when I want to send
a new email, how do I get the address book to only show the contacts WITH
email addresses?

AFAIK the addressbook ONLY shows contacts with either an email address or a
fax number....

Well Gordon, when my address book opens (after selecting the TO: in Outlook
2003, ALL of my previously entered contacts are presented, whether or not
they have a fax number or email address. ie, even if only a cell phone had
been entered.

Hi Valkman,

you must "hide" the fax number and the sellphone, then you will get only the
contacts with an email address:

Do the same as described with the fax numbers also with the cellphone
numbers
