    - How can i send reminbers to people in my calendar one day before? Well I'm trying to send reminbers to people one day before so they don't forget about the meetings we have. I have a meeting setup in my calendar and i send it to the people i want them to attend. But i don't know how to send a reminder Automatically to them. I know i can send emails and remind them, but i may be busy or something and may not have enough time to send them the reminder.     - E-mail Sharing At one time I had total access to my bosses e-mail folders inbox and all her folder and calander.....     - Updates to meetings coming back undeliverable Users in our organization are reporting an issue when sending meeting updates. The first time they send the meeting request to internal employees or outside customers, everything is fine and the meeting schedules without a problem. If the organizer needs to make a modification to the meeting, say the time, an undeliverable report will be sent to them that it did not reach all recipients, but only for outside email addresses. The undeliverable does not come back right away. The email appears to sit in the queue until it times out. The undeliverable received is "could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. 4.4.7". So to the organizer, they think everything has been sent out and updated without any problems because they don't receive any undeliverable right away.     - Custom Forms --publishing i created a very basic appointment form that defaults the sensitivity to private for all appointments that my boss makes. But when his delegate (she has "owner" permissions) tries to add things to his calendar from her outlook, she gets an "object cannot be found" error.     - Outlook 2007 - category colours disappear No matter how I try to do it, I can't get the colours to stay on my calendar items in Outlook. I originally tried to create custom categories with pretty colours and custom names, but after shutting down outlook (and the pc), upon next restart, all the colours were blank and the labels were described as "not in the master category list". I tried again with the categories/colours already in outlook and just renamed them, but the same thing happened and in the morning they were all plain white again.     - Calendar printing bug crashes Outlook 2007 I am reposting with new information and do hope I have not broken any rules. This annoying bug re-appears despite deleting this file. It seems to relate to unchecking the box 'print exactly one month to a page' in the 'page set up' dialogue. I am trying to print five weeks to a page (ie beginning of one month and all appointments in the first week of the next month) It also occurs if I print more than one month. Outlook..Calendar..Month View when Printing:
I want to be able to see all of my information that I have typed in for each
day when I print out the calendar in month view. I should be able to make
that text wrap so that it fills up the square for the day instead of chopping
off the words at the end of the first line and leaving the rest of the square
blank.
I know that I can make the text smaller but that doesn't really solve the
problem.

Sounds like you use Outlook 2007. Printing is broken for the most part - the
calendar printing assistant fixes some of it, but not this problem.

will do a better job.
