    - Calendar question I work many shifts that end at 2 or 3am. When I enter these into outlook, it shows that i have appointments every day when in actuality i am still at work from 12am-2am. When I look in the Calender and I have more Calender's next to each other the name of the calender of my collega = Calender Bert, but when I close Outlook en restart Outlook the name of the Calender = Calender without the name Ronald.     - Save As / HTML: can format/style be changed? I realize there are WYSIWYG limits as to how Outlook 2007 can export a calendar into web format, but I was asked if there's a way to change the default color schemes and some of the font types. In Outlook, the Calendar appears really nice when it's native. However, when exported to HTML the 'teal on dark teal' Win 3.11 theme along with fonts leave a bit to be desired. Trying to avoid an HTML editor here if there's an easier way to get an exported Calendar to look closer to when it's native viewed.     - Published Office Online Calendar Not Updating When I had Outlook 2003, I published my calendar to Office Online. Updates occured regularly, and I had no problems. When I switched to Outlook 2007, the old information still appears on Office Online, but new dates, or changes to recurring dates, updated locally, but not on Office Online.     - Send a Calendar via e-mail When I try to use this feature, most of my appointments don't show up. It DID work once this morning, then not since. I have one recurring app't that shows up, but none of my others...doesn't matter whether they're busy, out of office, private or not private...the times always show as free. After getting to about the 30th calendar we get the following error: You have exceeded your drive space limit on the server. The recurrent rate would be based upon the number of people who can do the task. There would be three different tasks, each with its own rate of recurrence.     - Outlook 2003 reminders are flashing/pulsing I have recently upgraded Office 2003 Sp2, to Sp3 and other downloadable patches after running microsoft update process. But after doing this Outlook 2003 becomes unusable.     - Outlook 2007 Group Scheduler I have an Exchange 2003 environment with clients running Outlook 2003 and upgrades to 2007 running. In one office, the entire suite moved to Outlook 2007. Now some of the users group scheduling windows cause Outlook to crash and restart. Others work normally. The crash occurs when you try to view an individual's calendar via the group scheduling window by clicking on the fiel folder icon next to their name. The window for the calendar will open and allow the user to view it, but when they try to close that view, Outlook hangs for about 15-30 seconds then announces that there is a problem and allows you to send a report to Microsoft. After this completes, Outlook opens again and works normally until you repeat the process. Office SP1 has been applied and that does not make any difference. Windows and Office have been patched by means of Microsoft Update. This is getting very frustrating and I cannot find anything similar on any forum, newsgroup or knowledge base. When I create an appointment on Outlook and attempt to synchronize (by right-clicking the ActiveSync icon in the notification area and selecting Sychronize), it does not get sent to my iPAQ. However, if I create an appointment on my iPAQ, it successfully synchronizes automatically. But even after the appointment(s) created on my iPAQ get synced into Outlook, the appointment(s) created in Outlook still aren't synced to my iPAQ. March 20 - I can create an appointment, schedule attendees, send to attendees, etc. But when I look at my calendar the event is not showing up.     - Meeting invitation times changed by outlook I have a client who is having an issue with outlook 2003.. When he receives a meeting invitation the application is modifying the time to reflect standard time, one hour prior to the actual event. The calendar time zone is set correctly and automatically adjusted for daylight savings.     - Synchronizing Calendars without Exchange Server I use two computers and two calendars - a desktop at the office that uses MS Exchange Server for email, calendaring, etc.. and a laptop at home that is not connected to that (although I can connect to it via a VPN). Is there a way to have a canceled appointment automatically removed from an Outlook 2003 calendar when you are using Rescource Management? 2007/Vista, the headings and numbers etc take up so much room, you can't see
as many items. even when I change the font, the actual space that a calendar
item takes up doesn't change. is there a way to change this, or go back to
the old calendar format?

Are you using the native outlook printing capabilities or the calendar
printing assistant?

Outlook's printing capabilities are bad - see if any of the utilities here
