Consequently, their free/busy schedules are no longer visible when they are invited to meetings. How can I re-enter this "Anonymous" user?     - Meeting invitation when sent to a Distribution List appear without Hi , When a meeting request is sent to a Distribution List /group , the members of the Distribution Lists are unable to respond to the meeting requests. The accept , tentative , decline buttons don't even appear in the meeting request (when opened from attendee's inbox) . About two weeks ago my users started reporting that they could no longer access shared calendars.     - Outlook 2007 - category colours disappear No matter how I try to do it, I can't get the colours to stay on my calendar items in Outlook. I originally tried to create custom categories with pretty colours and custom names, but after shutting down outlook (and the pc), upon next restart, all the colours were blank and the labels were described as "not in the master category list". I tried again with the categories/colours already in outlook and just renamed them, but the same thing happened and in the morning they were all plain white again. So I tried a final time and just used the categories/colours without renaming and it happened again. I've googled to try to find a solution but nothing I've read is relevant or works for my prob.     - Calendar printing bug crashes Outlook 2007 I am reposting with new information and do hope I have not broken any rules. This annoying bug re-appears despite deleting this file. It seems to relate to unchecking the box 'print exactly one month to a page' in the 'page set up' dialogue. I am trying to print five weeks to a page (ie beginning of one month and all appointments in the first week of the next month) It also occurs if I print more than one month.     - Conference rooms don't show up in "suggested times" In Outlook 2007, we've discovered that when scheduling a meeting using the Scheduling Assistant, if you add a conference room as a resource (or through "Add Rooms..."), the Suggested Times column does not include the room. In other words, i create a meeting request from my own calendar in Outlook. If i click on the Scheduling Assistant and look at the Suggested Times column, it says "1 of 1 free". That 1 would be me. If i add a room, it still says "1 of 1 free". If i add people to the meeting request, they DO show up in the Suggested Times column. This only happens when i add the room as a room/resource. If i select the room and add it as Required, it is included in the Suggested Times. Is that normal Outlook behavior? It seems like you'd want to be able to add a room AS a room/resource, and not a human attendee and still have it included in the Suggested Times. All the rooms are configured as resources on the back-end of our Exchange 2007 (SP1) infrastructure. Any help is appreciated.     - Meeting Organizer Defaults to wrong person We have a public folder for our conference room calendar to schedule meetings in. Everyone has access to this calendar and can schedule meetings. They are to be the organizer and invite themselves so it shows up on their personal calendar. Yet some meetings have been schedule and the person doing it, is not listed as the meeting organizer in the Scheduling tab list of attendees, but someone else, someone who isn't even involved. After installing Outlook 2007, receive msg that the 'object cannot be found' when trying to create a new appt. The form can be fully used in previous Outlook versions.     - Internet Calendar Subscription Please help. My boss shares his calendar with me and in the past we had no problem with this, and I was able to add meetings to his calendar. But then he bought a new computer and when he tried to share the calendar with me, the link I would get via email would not work. When i try to click on it, I get the following error message: "Cannot verify or add the calendar to Outlook. Make sure the following link is a valid calendar link." I can see his calendar online, but I cannot make any changes to it. Clicking the "Subscribe to Internent Calendar" link on the Published Internet Calendars website gives me the same error message.
