And to add a little idea - if you then select and right click a bunch of
those appointments, you can set a Category for them in one feel swoop.

Display your calendar in a table view (all appointments works well) and add
the Sensitivitycolumn to the view. Sort by that column.

After furious head scratching, Anna asked:
| Hello,
|
| I have some items marked private (checkbox in lower right corner) in
| my Outlook Calendar but not marked with a category. I'd like to find
| all marked private so I can add a category for better searching.
|
| Advanced Find in Outlook Calendar allows for searching by category
| but could not find any info on how to search for items marked with
| private checkbox.
|
| Please advise.
