What you need to do is sort or filter by large items and by items with
attachments, then delete them or remove the attachment. You can either use
a custom view or advanced find. Or, if you want to delete all old items,
sort by date and delete those older than a specific date. If this is an
ongoing problem, set autoarchive to remove older or larger items regularly.
