outlook doesn't offer that recurrence pattern - you can do it in Excel and
import.

Isn't that the equivalent of weekly? Say you have a meeting that happens
every five working days and the first one occurs on a Monday. Assuming a
work week is five days, isn't the fifth working day after that the next
Monday?
