    - Outlook Calendar Item takes Minutes to open I have an outlook calendar item that takes minutes to open in outlook 2007. In outlook 2003 it opens right away. I narrowed the issue down to an email hyperlink. If I delete and recreate the hyperlink the problem goes away. This solution is ok for me.. But I figure someone there may want to look at this.. I can sent a copy of the appoitment (Saved as a m.sg file, if saved as a .ics the problem does not reproduct, the appoiment has only only the email hyperlink and date no other informaiton) if someone @ microsoft wants to look into this further.     - meetings errors I am having troubles with a few mailboxes that I migrated using self based migration tool. This is a Lotus- > 2007 Migration. Their mail and other items works ok. Except for the Calender. The users cannot actively send updates to other attendees for calendar items they own. Outlook States not sufficent permissions see folder contact or administrator. I have tried repermissioning the mailbox & calendar within outlook. No Luck, Then I checked the exchange advanced mailbox rights, they have full mailbox control and read permissions as standard.     - How do I keep internet calendar subscriptions from unchecking? I'm having an annoying little problem with the Internet Calendar feature of Outlook 2007. Every time I close and reopen Outlook, the calendars that are subscribed to (which were checked upon closing) have been unchecked! We have our Calendars automatically opening upon Startup, and want them to be ready to use right off the bat (without clicking multiple check boxes to pull in all of our Calendar subscriptions). How can I make them all stay checked by default? Things to note: 1) Instead of publishing our office's calendars online, we chose the 2nd option offered, which is Publish to WebDAV server.     - Use of shared calendars Hello. I'm looking for some advice. One of my customers has created a set of user accounts which represent a 'boookable resource'. He has given a set of users (who are call centre operatives) the ability to create appointments in these calendars. What he wants, is to ensure that each resource is not 'double booked'. As an appointment is added he wants that appointment to be displayed to the other operatives as soon as possible. How fast can Schedule/Free Busy information be updated?     - Task Recurrence & Outlook Connector Hi I was wondering if anyone can help with the above and the problem I have. Basically, I'm using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP SP2 computer. I have installed the Outlook Connector to synchronise with my Hotmail account (standard account not Hotmail Plus).     - reoccuring meetings without a pattern We have recently migrated from GroupWise to Outlook 2007. Something the users are missing from GroupWise(GW) is the ability to create reoccuring meetings without a pattern. In GW they could pull up a calendar for the entire year and click on the days they wanted to have the meeting.     - appointments don't appear in shared calendar I have one user whose appointments only appear in a shared calendar for her. No one else is able to see them. We are running Exchange 2003 with a shared calendar in public folders. This user is using Outlook 2007. I gave her permission to edit the calendar the same as others. Another user on the same computer is able to add appointments to the shared calendar that everyone else can see. I ran scanpst against the ost for this user and it did repair some errors, but didn't fix the issue. I want to think that something is hiding the appointments from being viewed by others, but I can't think of what it is. I've never encountered this before and Google has failed me. Thanks.     - Sharing a calendar between 2 corporate systems My wife and I both work, and both travel from time to time. We both use our calendars at work (MS Outlook 2003) to coordinate our seperate work/personal commitments which includes school activities for our children. I am looking for a solution that would allow us to enter in personal/ school/work/travel commitments on a central "Family" calendar, and preferably have that sync up with our MS Outlook 2003 calendars at work.
